Pre-Payments

If you want to totally remove any stress that comes with sitting in traffic and missing the start of a tournament, then you should consider pre-paying. If you pre-pay you will have until the first scheduled break to be seated. At the start of a tournament, and until the first scheduled break, your chips will be in play.

Pre-Paying is refundable, as long as you do so before the start of the tournament. You must send an email to us and receive an acknowledgement before the start of the tournament in order to be refunded. You can also cancel by phone by calling John at 469-774-3032.

There is a 3% fee when you cancel.

** If you pre-pay but do not show up by the scheduled first break, your chips will be removed from play and you will forfeit your seat.
