Come on out to the Cactus Bar & Grill on
Saturday August 8, where there will be poker event
hosted by Veterans Outreach Program of Illinois (CG-02239). There will be plenty of cash games, and two
scheduled Multi Table Tournaments at 3:00 ($85 buyin with 5,000
starting chips) and 7:00 pm ($150 buyin, $10 addon with 10,000
starting chips). |
The 7:00 Main Event tournament will be awarding a SPECIAL prize to the
winner. See below for details.
You can pre-register online to
secure your seat. Don't want to chance getting caught in traffic, try
pre-paying online after registering.
There is plenty of parking close to Cactus. Off-street parking on Van Buren - West of Wells Street.
Off street parking also
across Congress on S Financial. Very reasonable.
The Cactus is a 21 and over venue. They will be checking IDs at the
door.

You can collect on your dinner the same
night as playing.
So, play for the required amount of time, take a break, have a dinner
on us, and then go back to the game refreshed.
If you play the required amount of time but do not collect on your
dinner the same day, normal Comp accumulation will apply ($1 per hour
of playing time,
collectable at your
next visit).
Before sitting down at a table make sure you fill out a ticket with
the Floor person. You must be
registered on the sight to receive Comps.
