Credit Card Policy

  You can only pay using a credit card on this website. We only accept cash at the event.

If you pre-pay you are automatically in the tournament. If you are not at your seat at the start of the tournament the dealer will post your blinds. You have until the first break to be at your seat, at which time, your chips will be removed from the tournament.

You can only pre-pay with a credit card until 2 days before the event.

You can cancel from the tournament and receive a credit on your card if you cancel prior to one hour before the start of the tournament. You can cancel by calling John at 469-774-3032. You can also cancel by email, but you must receive an acknowledgement from us.

All tournament costs displayed on the website are cash discounted. If you elect to pay with a credit card, you will pay the full tournament cost, which is 3.5% higher than what is posted on the website.
